Our Mission
Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with Dementia through engaging activities, socialisation, and personalised care. In addition, our Dementia Day Care service, which we run from carefully selected care homes, offers respite and support for caregivers and families.
Our Services
We currently have eleven Dementia Day Care Centres for people who are living with Dementia in the local community; with the aim to improve well being and help people remain living at home for as long as possible.
If you are a dementia carer searching for help, our service also provides carers with five hours per day of much needed respite.
